H&M Women's Brown Polka Dot Babydoll Mini Dress (Sz 4 fits like XS/US 2)

IT HAS POCKETS! I bought this new with tags on Poshmark and only wore it once - the sleeve openings are too narrow for my upper arms. This would be SO CUTE on someone who normally wears XS, as it's meant to wear like a 60s tent dress. It has a pleated bib yoke with cute lace ribbon detailing around the edges. I love this dress, and I wish it fit me. I'm pricing it lower because it could use an ironing, but I don't like ironing so I leave it to you, haha :) MEASUREMENTS (lay flat): Shoulder to shoulder: 14.5" Chest: 17" Waist: 19" Hip: 24" Length: 32.75" Sleeve Opening: 8"
