H&M size 4 striped high waist paper bag pants. Black with white and tan stripes. Has a belt. Features a comfortable fit and modern design. There are a few spots were it looks like it’s been mended- at the hem of one pant leg and one of the loops. Has a tiny hole shown in last photo. Very soft viscose.
