H&M Size 16 Blue And White Striped Blouse Semi-Sheer From the brand H&M in a size 16. This is a very pretty blouse. It has an all-over blue and white striped pattern. The material is semi-sheer. It could easily be worn casual or dressed up. It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with the top. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 23 inches and pulls to a max of about 25.5 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on and make the buttons gap some. Length from armpit to hem is about 14 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 30 inches.
