H&M Ruffle Sheath Dress. Blue and white print with contrasting bright red/orange belt ties around waist. Faux wrap style front. Adorable ruffle detail along v-neck, sleeves and down edge of skirt wrap overlay. The fabric of this dress does not stretch but the elastic at the waist allows a lot of adjustment. Fully lined. Lightly worn, GREAT CONDITION! The size tag has been removed but fits as a 10 from H&M. Elastic at waist expands from approx 28”-42”, and length is 38” from shoulder to hem.
