Blue floral ruffle dress with orange tie belt. Bodice crosses over (I added a small stitch so it wouldn't fly open on me. It can be easily snipped) Ruffle accent on neckline, and along the bottom of dress. Hits above knee and has a cute slit in front. Relaxed but sexy fit, very flattering. I wore this to a few events- wedding, bridal showers, cruise/vacation.
