H&M Red and White Polka Dot Off-the-Shoulder Balloon 3/4 Sleeve Button Down Top, Size 4, GUC. This fun, cute top is made of 97% cotton and 3% elastane. There are a few hard-to-see spots of discoloration and color bleeding on the collar that I tried to show in the photos.
