H&M Nautical Mini Dress with Drawstring Waist

This nautical dress has a boatneck and navy/white stripes. It has a drawstring waist that when tied gives a blouson look to the top part of the dress. It’s very flattering and forgiving. The fabric is soft and stretchy too. The fit is true to size, but the stretch and drawstring could make it work for size XS to S. Non smoking home.
