Measurements while laying flat are approximate From side to side at the very top of the waistband is 17 inches and it does stretch to 18 comfortably Hips measured just below the pocket is 18.5 inches and stretches another inch Inseam is 26.5 The rise part of the gene is 7.5 inches. The belly portion only is 10 1/2 inches and that is clearly super stretchy.
