H&M Gorgeous Long Floral Dress Navy Blue Yellow Size Small

This is a gorgeous H&M dress! It has a collar, buttons about half way down and has a tiered bottom ruffle. It is lightweight, 100% viscose and buttons at the wrist. The dress is a size small.
