H&M Frilly Sheer Drawstring Dress

I bought this a few years ago to wear for Thanksgiving dinner. This dress is darling but it ended up not suiting me, and I never wore it. This has buttons up to the chest area and drawstrings under the chest to act as a “belt”. The sleeves are about 3/4th length. Super whimsical, light weight, and could be dressed up or down, depending on what you pair with it. This would be cute with a little bootie heal of any color.
