Gorgeous Navy and Coral floral long sleeved surplice romper/shorts. Looks like a beautiful dress but actually a shorts/romper. Surplice bodice and tie belted waist with cuffed hem shorts. Side zipper to easily take on and off this form fitted romper. Beautiful floral pattern this is great for summer parties, showers or a night out. Excellent used condition my daughter only wore it once for sorority event.
