H&M Confetti Party Skirt as seen on Luna Lovegood in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009). Luna's has blue, yellow, pink and green confetti with unicorns. This one has red, orange, pink and purple confetti with bows. Same style and brand, alternate color. An EU38 is roughly a US6. I think Luna's was shortened somewhat. Skirt is pre-owned, so check photos for condition. There looks to be a tiny run in the fabric that can only be seen from close up. Comes with the spare button. Open to reasonable offers as usual.
