H&M Boho dress, sz 4

This is a gently worn Boho style dress! It’s a size 4, but it can fit a size 10 woman! It is a red dotted Swiss-like fabric. It has puffy sleeves that drop from the shoulders and end in tasseled ties that cinch around the arms just above the elbows. It’s a reddish orange color.
