H&M Blue Striped Dress “Perfect Condition”

Purchased NWT on Poshmark. I washed with Unscented Charlie’s Soap, but never wore it. I needed to take it in, and was just too much work in the end. Smocked waist, fit and flare, longer midi to maxi length depending on your height. Such a cute, comfortable and flattering dress, but was too big for me. Hoping it finds a home with someone it fits better!
