H&M Black and Cream Stretchy Mini Skirt

Used with one of the inside tags cut out. Still in great condition. Material is stretchy and waist is elastic. Waist is about 12.75” Middle is about 14.5” Across the bottom is about 14.5” Length is about 14.5” Please see pics to get a better idea of how I measured. Thanks!!
