H&M black tiered tulle flocked polka dot midi/maxi skirt. So cool! I thrifted this to make S. Rocha style outfits. Would be fun to wear underneath as a petticoat to add volume to dresses & other skirts too! 100% polyester, half lined in polyester (bottom half of skirt is sheer). Elastic waist. Tagged US Women’s size 14 but I did alter this to fit my waist. You could easily un-pick those stitches to return it to a size 14. Unisex.
