H&M Black Heeled Boots

Block heeled Chelsea boot These boots are labeled as size 9 (40) but they run slightly small and fit more like an 8/8.5 than 9. A few scuffs on the inside heels as pictured that can be removed, otherwise they’re in great condition. Only worn a few times, but a little too small for me to keep
