Shoulders are padded. Extra button on inside of jacket. No ribbon for waist loops. I think it looked better without the ribbon tied. 1 small line on a design stitch on back top area came undone. It is a design stitch not a functional one (doesn’t keep a seam together or anything) Super flattering on!
