@vinothiniramesh Hi! The waist is 15 inches (unstretched) when measured flat, about 19 inches (stretched). The front covering the bust is 16 inches. The straps across the back are all elastic. Let me know if you need more information and I'll try my best to post that.

There's plenty of stretch from the elastic straps, the issue may be more on the front coverage across the bust since that part does not stretch. I'm 34B and it covers just fine for my comfort, but it may show a little more side boob than you may like at 36-37B, but that's entirely up to how comfortable you are with that. I hope that helps.

@vinothiniramesh To add clarification, this dress is too big on me, the cut under the arms hangs lower on me than in the pictures, which is why I mention the coverage. There's quite a bit of stretch to the straps, so it may fit you better than me.
