Beautiful animal print pattern pleated skirt fully lined with a ribbed elastic waistband. The overall center front is 27 1/4 inches not including the one and a half inch waistband. The waist on the flat is 13 inches unstretched. There is one slight area on the elastic where it’s open at the seam could be easily repaired - SEE LAST PHOTO
