Size 5!! Very stretchy jegging material!! The brand is Thrill I believe I bought from tj max!! Measurements are 14 in waist, 27 Inseam, Almost around 10 in rise!! When I wore them they came right below my knees and I'm around 5'4 if that helps!!! These could fit a 5 up to maybe even 7/8 because of how stretchy they are!! Honestly one of my favorite Capri💗
