This is what I believe is the Ellie nap dress in a size large by Hill House. Pull on styling. Smocked with ruffle flutter sleeves. Swiss door fabric. Courier and feminine. No care tag or fabric content present, but from looking around online it appears that it is cotton and machine washable. Very soft and in good condition. No stains holes etc though the smocking feels like it is less tight than I would expect on a new dress. Still lots of stretch!!
