NIB this is a plastic manual toy. The visual features are real head and tail lights, pulsating head lights, emergency flashers. The audio features are emergency siren, horn, back up alert. Requires two C batteries. Old school, cars, trucks, equipment, fully functioning life like lights and sounds. Playtime retro fun family Impossible to buy for person in your life.
