myladygrey @happynest10 Hi, yes it is cotton with a cotton underskirt/liner. No damage or stains, just some wrinkles. I love the lemon fabric so much I have two! Too many dresses to wear them all so letting go of this one. Happy to answer any other questions.

myladygrey @unknownredhead Hi, I would say not much give. It's a soft cotton, however, there is no stretch at the waist. I am a 25.5'' waist, and it was a bit loose.
