AMAZING HANDMADE VINTAGE (probably 60s - 70s) RUFFLE & LACE full skirt wedding dress w/ pink ribbon waist tie! seems to be a handmade vintage wedding dress! cute bows details! Victorian / Edwardian revival! Size XXS: waist is 10" flat (20" full) / bust is 12" flat (24" full) - w/ no elastic! Could be a project dress! Take out the zipper + and then install a corset back? Sew elastic at waist? cut her up - and make it a 2 piece: super cute crop top + skirt? possibilities are endless! give her NEW LIFE, PLEASE! I beg of you!
