HANDMADE Te Amo Girl & Goose Embroidered Appliqué Bedding Pillow Sham? Ruffled.

I have no idea what this is, but it is so darling I had to save it from the landfill. It appears to be a pillow sham but open on both ends. It’s lined in a satiny fabric. It appears handmade, with ribbon and ruffles at ends. It also appears vintage but I’m not sure. If you know what it is please tell me in the comments! The girl and the goose are stitched in as in the Te Amo (I love you). So beautiful. Excellent condition except within except for some very faint marks, as pictured, that may well come out with some stain treating. 46” x 19.5” Please see photos for details.
