I am selling hand made tutus that can be made into any size color and design. Baby tutus start at $12 and go up depending on how much materials are needed. Adults start at $20 depending on how full you want it. Meaning that tulle rolls runs about $3 a piece at my loca seller and each of these tutus (excluding the baby one) have at LEAST 10 rolls. it will take about 3 days for me to make and ship the item ! Made to custom size and length! Also will be adjustable for precautionary reasons!
