Classic Hammersley & Co bone china tea cup and saucer set featuring the vibrant “Strawberry Ripe” pattern. Made in England circa 1939, this set showcases ripe strawberries, delicate blossoms, and lush green leaves on a crisp white background. Scalloped edges and gold trim add timeless elegance. Mint condition with no damage or restoration. Never used, only displayed, from Grandma's china closet to ours. The saucer measures approximately 5 1/4 inches across. The cup is 3 3/4 inches wide, including the handle, and 2 1/4 inches high. Both pieces are stamped “HAMMERSLEY & CO Bone China Made in England.” Cup includes mark Member of Spode Group The set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There are no utensil marks or wear to the gold trim.
