Size 4. NWT but missing size tag. Fits like a size 4. Taffeta-like skirt layers to give shape. I only tried this on once, I'll never wear it but it's GORGEOUS! Measurements: Pit to pit flat across = 16.5" Waist flat across = 15" Hips flat across = 20" Length = 35"-43" Reposhing this item I purchased from @pigsz.
