New without tags, Halara Twisted Cut out Ruched Drawstring Split Hem Bodycon Midi Casual Dress in size XS to Small. The tags have been cut out as this item is a catalog return. It looks tiny, my measurements un stretched (this dress has a lot of stretch and so it’s probably supposed to fit snug) are arm pit to arm pit 15”waist seam to seam 12” (this is also with the ruching fully tightened all the way to the top, so there is a lot of give) and the length is 55”. It’s in new condition so other than the cut out tag to prevent future returns, it’s perfect. This dress does not have a bra top or added shorts. My items come from a non smoking home, but I do have French Bulldogs. All items purchased at full asking price get a free gift!
