H by Halston Palm Print Flutter Sleeve Dress

Purchased this dress from Saks Off 5th in 2018 for a wedding. Wore once for a few hours for the wedding. It’s in good condition with barely noticeable staining in the front v-neck and on the back horizontal strap (I included pictures). Dress has two slits and comes with a belt! I was able to squeeze into this as a 4 even though it’s labeled 2. Perfect for vacation or destination wedding!!
