Vintage H L USA Black Woven Textured Clutch Handbag Front of bag where kiss clutch hardware is appears to be a strip of black enamel, remaining hardware is gold tone. Back is solid gold tone hardware. You can slip the handle inside the bag if you choose to not let it dangle perfectly from your delicate fingers. Being that this is vintage it is normal to see some “wear and tear” this appears to be from the 70s.
