This is a really wonderful Gypsy-type skirt with tiny, shimmering, lightweight silver rounds. It goes from shades of yellowish, light green, through darker greens into browns. So much fun!! Drawstring waist. Asymmetrical skirt is longer in the middle & shorter on the sides. There may be a few loose mirrors due to normal wear. Small stain right by the waistband on the front. Would be covered by a belt or top. I haven't tried to clean it, may come out.

@lalalahahaha so sorry for the delay. The waist is a drawstring & measures 19" completely open. So (38) It will go as small a you want. Hope that helps! It's a great skirt!!
