Sundress by Gypsy. Could also be wore as a swim cover. Tie dye pattern with fringe around the bottom and adjustable straps. Slightly gathered around the neckline front and back. It is shorter in the front than it is in the back, but the fringe is around the entire bottom. Lots of stretch. It’s in GC. Color is white and pale pink. Size is S.
