Per Whitney, the material is so buttery soft with elastane stretch- she recommends sizing down. I am usually a size M (34C) and the S fits me better- just for reference! She also states in a YouTube video that the fabric is double layered without cups (but there is an insert hole and I did put lightweight ones in there for you- but agree, you don't need them) and they will keep your girls underwraps.
