The dress is amazingly beautiful. It has many inner layers and ruffles, so a petticoat isn't necessary Note flaws: There is some yellowing just under the ruffle where the skirt begins at the front and a yellow stain on the back frill of the dress. There is also 2 missing buttons in the back. Vintage size 5, or a modern size 0-2. I'm fairly petite and this dress was a bit snug, so calling all skinny tall girls! ♡ Measurements: Pit to pit- 16.5 Waist- 12.5 Length- 49
