oneoftheshouts @alainabethany16 i have honestly not worn this item in years and it does not fit me now, so i'm not sure whether it could be described as high waisted. i have pics with the waistband measurement and the waist-to-hem measurement, and comparing those to your measurements will be the best indication of how it will fit
