High quality wardrobe staple. Beautiful full cocoa brown knit bubble skirt (slightly puffs at bottom). Waistband and is dark brownn grosgrain ribbon w/ elastic side gores. Creates faux pleats more like smocked w/puff at bottom. Waist before stretch 15.5” and top to bottom 23”. Vintage no wear or flaws. Hits at knee approx. or just below on me.
