Brand new, just took out of sealed plastic manufacturer’s bag. No visible defects. NEVER HANDLED outside of listing. Very soft. Labeled as white but looks more cream color to me. Fur/plush looks disheveled, for lack of a better word, but it is made this way. All items regardless of value are video recorded before, during, and post packaging process.
