anyatat Hi! For me, I am always 37.5 in all Guidi stile and in other brands, like Prada, Hermes, etc. The insole measurement for those is approximately 9.25 inches and they fit me perfectly. Hope it helps and you can decide from that. Will be happy to answer further questions.
