Guess vintage cut out shorts

Reposhing this item I purchased from @yolandamerck. Loved it but too small. 12" across the waist or so. i am 13" on my waist. I didn't think one size smaller than what I usually wear would make a difference but it does as I'm a Size 27. 100% Cotton
