Guess tie front button down sheer shirt

EUC white with small black polka dot sheer shirt. This gorgeous shirt looks amazing with black jeans or completing a suit. Love the elastic details to give the shirt a polished fit. I did remove the fabric content tag (cause, sheer) so I cannot accurately answer questions on that. No spots or tears.
