@cindyhorvath322 Hi Cindy, it is a 100% woven rayon fabric, not a knit - good quality, and not the kind that pills. The sleeve from shoulder seam to end of cuff is 27” and from pit to cuff is 20”. I honestly think it would work for a medium especially if worn like a jacket or worn over a knit top or tunic. Not sure about a small unless you like flowy, roomy tops.
