Elegant black velvet jacket. Classic design. Perfect for formal occasions. I grabbed this for myself.. a woman (10) and it fits beautiful as a jacket.. however the arms are too long. 27 inches but she is Gorgeous! Some wear on cuffs. It is washable. Seems to be wipeable too.
