Guess by Georges Marciano denim jean mini skirt

I bought this online thinking the slit in the front was part of the design but learned after I got it that it’s actually not sewn! I would keep this but it’s way too small for me. I’d like to recoup a little of what I spent. Hoping someone can quickly stitch this up or honestly wear it as is as the slit definitely looks like it should be there. Size 28 but waist is 13” across. This is so cute and hopefully someone will love it for cheap!
