@jjessenia waist is 28” with no pull/strecth, so when it’s laying flat. The “skirt” portion is 13” but that depends on how high up you put the waist. The top part of the dress is worn loose so it’s tough to provide measurements. There’s a lot of five to it. The just is estimated at 36” but again it depends on how you choose to wear it.
