Guess White Flower Embroidery Dress Size Small

I had this in storage for many years. It got a little off white in the back from being stored. It could probably come off with stain remover. This was in storage for a long time and was too big for me before. Now that I took it out of storage and tried it on, this is too small! Small hole in the back. Could be sewn with white thread easily. Other than that small hole that could be sewn, all the embroidery is beautifully intact and tight, no loose threads. Size 0 or 3? I Can't tell by reading the shiny number. See photo. Guess Brand. Fabric has some stretch. 23 inches in length
