Hello! As all brands/styles can be so different in size, is this an X-Large adequate for 12-14 or 16-18? (If you do have a general idea it would be very helpful. Thank you!

Hello again…perhaps it’d be easier to ask if it has a belt or a way to adjust the waist? Like bungee strings? Either way would be helpful in making my decision in regards to the fit/size. Have recently made anew winter coat as I knew we were in for come cold weather but it was way to big & in my haste overlooked they don’t take reruns 😔just trying to avoid similar situation as I’m interested in this coat. Thanks for any of your time that can be spared.
