Guessing this about a mens XL. Has a western like look a out the hem at the chest. There is a flap that goes across the chest and pocket. Blue and white/cream stripe with black thin chain like print. Buttons down. Has a faint yellow spot by the buttons. There's also what looks like a bleach stain behind 1 sleeve and some discoloration in front of the other sleeves. 80's-90's 100% cotton.
