Guess Authentic Brand exotic deep V neck blouse with 3/4 bell sleeves, size M

This is a really striking top with a daringly deep V neckline in the front and, similarly, in the back. There is a tie at the back neck to ensure everything stays in place! The colors are vibrant (blue, green, gold) and the texture is silky; fabrics are polyester and spandex. There are 5 horizontal pleats across the front and the top has a flared shape. The label indicates 'M' as the size but it SEEMS to run small. (This is based on my efforts to pull it over the mannequin which generally accommodates size M easily). There is a zipper on one side at the seam for extra flexibility to pull over your head. Check the measurements. See pictures for cleaning instructions. The sleeves could qualify as 3/4 length: not short; not long. Measurements are: - 16" from pit to pit across the front chest - 16 1/2" from the base of the front V neck to the front bottom hem - 27" from the top shoulder straight down to the front bottom hem - 15 1/2" from the shoulder at the sleeve to the bottom hem of the sleeve - 10" across the bottom hem of the flared sleeve - 12" from the top shoulder to the bottom of the V neck in the front; similar for the back V
